Cattle dogs, breed in Australia as stock dogs in the late 1800's, are known to be a hearty breed with lots of stamina but Buckeye has another trait that is sometimes associated with ACDs. Stubborn! Well not as much stubborn as just a "lets do it my way" attitude. As you can see from the photos Buckeye has done agility but he is more motivated at the shows held in the cool weather of winter than in the hotter late spring and early fall shows.
